Job Purpose:
TFI is seeking a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist.
In this role, the CNC Machinist will work closely with our project managers, shop leads, and programmers to use technology, innovation, and programming to turn a standard piece of material into a complex part.

Shift & Shift Differentials:
(Also receive 90 day and yearly performance reviews/raises based on performance)
Night Shifts
- 2nd Shift = Mon-Thu 4pm-2:30am
- Modified 3rd Shift = Mon-Thu 6:30pm-5am
- 3rd Shift = Mon-Thu 8:30pm-7am
Night Shift Differentials
- Day 1 of employment = Additional $2/HR
- After 6 months = Additional $2/HR = $4/hr total differential
- After 18 months = Additional $2/HR = $6/hr total differential
Weekend Shift
- Fri, Sat, Sun 6am-7pm
Weekend Shift Differentials
- Day 1 of employment = Work 36 Hours, Get paid 40 Hours
- Day 1 of employment = Additional $2/HR
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Determine fixtures, attachments, and tools necessary to complete jobs according to specifications
- Oversee cutting process and modify machine speed, tooling and cutting style when necessary to ensure precision and accuracy of manufactured parts
- Supervise machine temperature to ensure adequate warm-up and cool-down time
- Review and interpret cutting plans and enter them into the control outlets
- Inspect all finished products for accuracy and uniformity
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks to ensure machine longevity
Qualifications & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- CNC Machinist vocation certification, or degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or similar field preferred
- Experience within manufacturing production or plant operations preferred
- Working knowledge of using calibrated measurement devices and manufacturing software
- Knowledge of tooling, machinery, and manufacturing applications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to successfully complete all post-offer and pre-employment contingencies
