Job Purpose:

TFI is seeking a Material Handler to use a forklift and/or combi-lift to maintain production by distributing steel parts to various stations throughout our facility.

SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS: (Doesn’t include yearly performance raises)


  • After 6 Months = Additional $2/HR
  • After 18 Months = Additional $2/HR
  • After 30 Months = Additional $2/HR


  • After 3 Months = Work 36 Hours, Get paid 40 Hours
  • After 6 Months = Additional $2/HR

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock or workstations
  • Locate and verify materials and supplies as listed on production orders
  • Mobilize material for fit up in rough positions for Fabricators/Welders
  • Identify any material quality issues that could impact the fabrication process
  • Complete daily maintenance inspection before operating equipment
  • Maintain and wear all required personal protective safety equipment

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields preferred
  • Familiarity with forklift, combi-lift, telehandler, or similar equipment preferred
  • Must be able to successfully complete all post-offer and pre-employment contingencies
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
